Our programs are designed to work with children of all ages and abilities. We focus on teamwork, sportsmanship, body awareness, flexibility, balance, coordination, skill development, and creativity.

At the same time, children build their self-esteem and confidence as they develop a lifelong desire for physical fitness and learning. Open to non-members.

Fitness is Fun for ages 3-5 & 6-8.

This is a high energy class, improved coordination, flexibility and agility skills. Circuits, jump rope, fitness obstacle courses, relays and games.

For ages 3-5.

Students will be focusing on improving their strength and flexibility through various stretches and skills. Class will be working on a forward roll, backward roll, handstand, cartwheel and variations of each.

For ages 12-24 months with an adult.

Move and groove to music as we sing and play in the gym.

For ages 6-8.

Children will develop the understanding and fundamentals of gymnastics. Beam, bar, various
rolls and tumbles will help condition the child both mentally and physically.

Read a story weekly in a group setting and make a craft to coordinate with the book.

Soccer skills, focusing on fundamentals that children need to get started in the sport of soccer.

Learn soccer rules and skills, dribbling and passing, shooting, teamwork.

Increase confidence, hand-eye coordination, discipline, concentration and self-control.

For ages 4-7. Learn self-defense, Kata, sparring and theory of Martial Arts. Gi’s required for belt testing. Speak with instructor prior to purchasing. Yellow, Orange & Green Belt (Students must have taken at least 3 sessions).

Held in the Cardio Room, leads you through efficient precisely designed intervals on the treadmill, cross trainer, row machine and bikes. Increase endurance and cardiovascular strength. 8 participant maximum.

This class provides a great workout focused on learning and developing Muay Thai fundamentals and techniques through partner drilling and pad work. Bring your boxing gloves.

Join Miss Nancy for a 50 minute walk/jog/run. Warm up and cool down periods that include weekly topic discussion. Outdoor program, dress accordingly.

Enhance overall fitness level of an adolescent. A combination of strength training & cardio exercises. Train once a week with a certified Y trainer. Free to Ocean County 7th grade students.

endurance and having fun.
