This class focuses on basic nutritional principles, anatomy, and full body fitness. Each student leaves the class with an understanding of which foods enhance healthy living and how to maintain strength and endurance through exercise. Designed to enhance the overall fitness level of the adolescent by using a combination of strength, cardio, and functional fitness exercises.
