Youth Strength Training

8 week session FREE to members

This class is designed to enhance the overall fitness level of the adolescent by using a combination of strength, cardio, and functional fitness exercises. Participants will learn about the muscles in the body and about what exercises target which muscles.

  • Ages 11-14
  • Eight week sessions, Thursday’s 7:00-7:50pm
  • Maximum of 8 students per class
  • Free to members
  • Registration required. Please contact the Welcome Center.
